From One Truck
to Tulare County.
Tacos San Marcos started with a single food truck on Highway 99 in Traver. Word spread fast — the quesabirria was different. Cheese-griddled, dipped in consommé, and made with slow-braised birria that takes hours to get right.
Today we serve Visalia, Hanford, Tulare, and Lemoore from multiple trucks and locations. The recipes haven't changed. We still braise the beef low and slow, press every tortilla fresh, and make every batch of consommé from scratch. That's why people drive across the county for our food.

What are Quesatacos?
Our signature item. It's a taco griddled with melted cheese on the outside, filled with slow-braised birria beef, and served with a cup of hot consommé for dipping. Crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor.
Do you cater events?
